The Member Data & Administration Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting membership operations through the effective management of member data, CRM systems, and administrative processes. The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity, supporting membership lifecycle activities, and ensuring efficient operational support across the organisation.
This position requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong systems thinking, analytical capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Coordinator will help drive operational efficiency, data accuracy, and a seamless, high-quality member experience.
Requirements
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- 3–6 years’ experience in data administration, CRM management, membership operations, or business support roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Additional certification in CRM systems, data management, or administration will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing CRM systems, including data maintenance, reporting, and process administration (HubSpot experience highly preferred)
- Experience supporting data quality initiatives, operational workflows, and system-driven processes
- Background in administrative support within membership, customer service, or service-oriented environments
- Experience training or supporting users on systems and processes is advantageous
- Exposure to events coordination, learning administration, or customer lifecycle management processes is beneficial
