JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and interpret:Product models, SKUs, variants, familiesManufacturer and distributor product dataConstruction documents (specifications, data sheets, plans, schedules)Accurately extract and validate:Model numbersManufacturersTechnical attributesPerformance specificationsCatalog referencesWork with:Technical catalogs and data sheetsLind drawings and plansConstruction schedules and bid documentsBIM-related documentationConduct independent research using:Manufacturer websitesDistributor platformsConstruction reference resources
REQUIRED SKILLS
Plumbing, Mechanical drawings, Electrical circuit technology (reading), Tool operation and maintenance
