JOB SUMMARY
The Mid–Senior Product Designer will take a lead role in shaping high-quality, user-centered digital experiences across our products. This role requires someone who is strong in both UX and UI execution, confident in driving design decisions, and capable of contributing strategically to product direction. The designer will work with cross-functional teams and ensure that every solution delivered is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.RequirementsQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Design, Computer Science, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.3–6 years of relevant work experience in product design, UI/UX design, or digital design roles.SkillsCore SkillsDemonstrated experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio.Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, hierarchy, and color theory.Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and scalable interfaces.CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design choices clearly.Confident collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.User-centered mindset with a strong understanding of product thinking and UX principles.Ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally.Problem-solving attitude, ownership mentality, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
User Research & Product DiscoveryConduct user interviews, usability tests, competitor analysis, and heuristic reviews.Interpret research findings to influence product strategy and design improvements.Identify user pain points and propose data-driven, user-centered solutions.Design Strategy & IterationCollaborate with product managers to refine requirements and contribute to feature prioritization.Iteratively improve designs based on research insights, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.Champion best design practices and introduce new approaches that elevate the product experience.Design Leadership & ExecutionLead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.Translate product requirements into clear, elegant design solutions with minimal supervision.Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design integrity throughout the build.Collaboration & Cross-Functional AlignmentWork closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product management, and business teams.Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers when required.Participate and contribute meaningfully to design critiques, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.Design Systems & DocumentationMaintain and expand the design system, ensuring consistency across products.Document design decisions, interaction patterns, and UI specifications for smooth handover.Ensure design assets, guidelines, and components remain up to date.Complex Task OwnershipLead medium-to-high complexity design tasks, such as end-to-end flows, dashboards, multi-device design, and feature revamps.Deliver interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder presentations.Identify UX risks early and propose actionable recommendations.User Research & InsightsConduct user interviews, surveys, field studies, and contextual inquiries.Analyze user behavior, pain points, and motivations to inform product decisions.Perform usability testing to validate design concepts and identify improvement areas.Translate research findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations.Experience Strategy & Information ArchitectureDefine user journeys, task flows, and interaction models for new and existing features.Structure information in a way that supports intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences.Collaborate with product teams to align UX strategies with business goals.
