Job Summary

We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused Motorcycle Delivery Riders to join our growing delivery team in Qatar. The successful candidates will be responsible for collecting and delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and within the required timelines.

The ideal candidate should be a responsible rider with good road knowledge, strong customer-service skills, high integrity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

•   Safely operate a company-provided motorcycle for daily deliveries.

•   Collect customer orders from designated restaurants, stores, or collection points.

•   Verify orders before leaving the collection point to ensure accuracy.

•   Deliver orders promptly to the correct customers and locations.

•   Use GPS and navigation applications to identify delivery locations and plan efficient routes.

•   Handle food and other customer orders carefully to ensure they reach customers in good condition.

•   Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

•   Follow all Qatar traffic laws, road-safety regulations, and company policies.

•   Conduct basic checks on the motorcycle and promptly report any mechanical issues.

•   Keep the assigned motorcycle clean and in good working condition.

•   Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate completed deliveries to the operations/dispatch team.

•   Report delays, customer complaints, accidents, or other delivery-related issues promptly.

•   Demonstrate honesty and integrity when handling customer orders, company property, and any payments received.

•   Meet agreed delivery targets while maintaining safety and service quality.

•   Perform other duties related to delivery operations as assigned.

Requirements

•   Valid passport.

•   Age: 19–37 years.

•   Must be medically fit and able to perform delivery duties.

•   Valid motorcycle/bike licence or willingness and ability to obtain the required licence.

•   Previous experience as a delivery rider, motorcycle rider, courier, or in a similar role is an added advantage.

•   Good knowledge of road safety and responsible motorcycle handling.

•   Ability to use a smartphone and GPS/navigation applications.

•   Good communication and customer-service skills.

•   Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets.

•   High level of integrity, reliability, and responsibility.

•   Physically fit and comfortable working in a demanding delivery environment.

Salary & Incentives

•   Basic Salary: KES 70,000 per month

•   Performance Incentive: KES 200 per extra trip/order, subject to the company's applicable incentive structure.

•   Opportunity to earn additional income through delivery incentives.

Visa & Travel Arrangement

•   The company will facilitate the visa and travel arrangements for successful candidates.

•   KES 150,000 is payable after the candidate has successfully received the visa.

•   The KES 150,000 covers the cost of the visa and flight ticket.

•   Candidates will only be required to make this payment after visa issuance, providing greater clarity and assurance throughout the recruitment process.
