Job descriptions & requirements
Education:
- MA in Public Health, Community Health, Health Systems Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or related fields
Work Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in public health and community programme implementation
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale community health programmes.
- Proven experience working with Ministry of Health structures and district local governments.
- Strong experience in programme monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance.
- Experience with digital health systems including DHIS2 and eCHIS.
- Experience supporting community health workforce strengthening initiatives.

- Monitoring and Evaluation skills
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and coordination experience
