About Us

We are a Professional Services Firm offering Business Advisory, Audit, Tax, Consulting, and Financial Advisory services to public and private clients across Africa. Our expertise spans multiple industries, and we are known for providing tailored services that support client growth while fostering fresh talent. We are also accredited by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA).


What We Offer:

Participants in the program will work on real-life projects, applying their theoretical knowledge and gaining hands-on experience. They will collaborate with a diverse network of like-minded individuals, building valuable, lasting connections.


We are Recruiting for the Following Roles:


1. Audit Trainees


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields.

Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2024.

CPA Part 1 & 2.


2. Tax Trainees


Qualifications:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Economics), or other relevant fields.

Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2024.

A Diploma in Law or Tax is an added advantage.

Have a particular interest in Tax specialization.


3. Accounting Trainees


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields.

Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2024.

CPA Part 1 & 2.

Have a particular interest in Accounting specialization.


4. Human Resource Trainee


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field.

Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2024.

A professional certificate in HR (CHRP, Higher Diploma) will be an added advantage.


5. Marketing Trainee


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.

Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2024.

A professional certificate in Marketing (CIM) is an added advantage.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva).

Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.


Skills Required for All Roles:

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

Communicate effectively.

Collaborate to achieve common goals.

Think creatively and solve problems.

Be self-motivated and take initiative.

Show eagerness to learn and grow.

Commute daily to and from Nairobi and its environs for the 12-month program.
