Nurse (Mombasa & Taita-Taveta)

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
• Triage patients, identify clinical red flags, and escalate cases requiring urgent or in-person care.
• Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, injections, and sample collection, where applicable.
• Provide nursing care, health education, and counselling tailored to patients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records on relevant digital healthcare platforms.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, nursing standards, patient-safety requirements, and telehealth best practices.
  

Qualifications

• Relevant nursing qualification from a recognised institution
• Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) practising licence.
  

Must have skills

• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical documentation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers and digital healthcare systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Good organisational skills
  

Good to have skills

• Prior experience working in a telehealth or digital healthcare environment
• Additional training or certification in Basic Life Support(BLS) and Advanced Life Support(ALS)
