Odoo ERP Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of client needs to design effective ERP solutions using Odoo.

Configuration and Customization:

• Customize and configure Odoo modules to align with client-specific workflows and requirements.
• Develop and implement custom modules, features, and enhancements as needed.

Implementation and Deployment:

• Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee system integrity and functionality.

Training and Support:

• Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients' staff on Odoo ERP functionalities, usage, and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or concerns post-implementation.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create detailed documentation including project plans, functional specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation.
• Generate regular progress reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and industry trends.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client organizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in implementing Odoo ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, and development.
• Strong understanding of business processes across various industries and domains.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Certification in Odoo implementation or relevant ERP certifications (preferred).
• Prior experience in providing on-site consultancy and support is advantageous.

Proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
