Job Description/Requirements

An exciting opportunity has come in our organisation. We are looking for a graduate who has experience in working in an office and is good at planning. The job will involve planning with our salesmen to deliver goods to customers. The job will also involve office tasks like raising invoices, tallying stocks and ensuring goods are delivered on time. Below is a summary of the position. 

1. Able to organise daily sales and ensure we hit our targets.

2. Liaise with drivers to ensure deliveries

3. Liaise with customers to ensure payments are received and goods delivered. 

The ideal candidate must have good computer skills and be proficient in word and excel. They must also be excellent communicators and be able to work in harmony with other staff. The job can be demanding at times and the candidate must be ready to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
