We are a reputable private security company and seek to fill the position of Operations Officer - Mombasa
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Tasks.
1. Undertake assignment risk assessments and prepare standard operating procedures.
2. Hold relationship meetings with clientsÂ
3. Undertake appraisals for guarding staff under your commandÂ
4. Manage incidents by undertaking investigation within 12hrs of the incident occurring and submit reports.
5. Institute disciplinary action on guarding staff under commandÂ
6. Ensure guards within the area are well groomed.
7. Ensure the assignments under command are well covered by replacing absentee guard (s) immediately
8. Spot check the Occurrence books and assignment checklists on site in line with supervision management
9. Check and approve payroll and ensure all guards are captured.
10. Undertake assignments spot checks and ensure all areas are supervised.
11. Brief the guards on all assignment operating procedures
12. Carry out market intelligence and give feedback to management
13. Participate in overall company business growth.

Requirements
• Must have previous experience in management of security guards in private security industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Studies or any other relevant degree
• At least two years’ experience in the private security industryÂ
• Excellent communication, report writing skills and fully computer literate.
• Resilient under pressure and ability to work with minimal supervision.
