Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to manage Online Operations, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing operational data to drive online growth and performance.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can independently design, market, and optimize digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic & Creative Design
● Develop creative visual concepts for digital and print platforms.
● Design marketing materials including social media creatives, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
● Create and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
● Develop animations and motion graphics where required.
● Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
2. Digital Marketing
● Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
● Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
● Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns.
● Run and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
● Monitor digital marketing trends and recommend new growth strategies.
3. Online Operations & Data Analysis
● Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
● Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
● Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and ROI.
● Track customer engagement metrics and optimize digital funnels.
● Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
● Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro).
● Proficient in Figma for web and app design.
● Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
● Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
● Excellent communication and time management skills.
