About The Team
You'll be joining our Operational Excellence Platform Team, the engine room behind our CERT and Threat Intelligence capabilities. We design, build, and operate the platforms and integrations that keep our cybersecurity operations running at full speed.
Your Role
As an Operations & Compliance Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of platform reliability, security operations, and regulatory compliance. You'll ensure our tools and platforms are not only performant and resilient, but also meet the highest standards of governance and compliance.
You'll work closely with CERT analysts, Threat Intelligence specialists, and platform engineers to keep our operational ecosystem healthy, auditable, and continuously improving.
Your Responsibilities
Platform Operations
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the platforms supporting CERT & Threat Intelligence operations
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests following IT Service Management best practices
- Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of critical cybersecurity platforms
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Contribute to the design and improvement of platform architectures and integrations
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to internal security policies and external standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC2, etc.)
- Conduct compliance assessments, internal audits, and risk evaluations
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external audit activities related to platform operations
Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and drive remediation initiatives
- Support the development and enforcement of operational standards and best practices
- Contribute to maintaining and achieving relevant security certifications
What You Bring
Must-Have
- Experience in IT/Security Operations, platform engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, or similar)
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with or within a CERT / SOC environment
- Knowledge of Threat Intelligence platforms and tooling
- Hands-on experience with automation or scripting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
