Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibility：Respond to emergency medical calls swiftly and deliver high-quality pre-hospital clinical care.
Administer advanced life support (ALS) treatments, including medication administration, intubation and cardiac monitoring.
Assess patient conditions rapidly and make critical, time-sensitive decisions regarding stabilization and transport.
Coordinate with hospital emergency department staff and other first responders to ensure seamless transition of patient care.
Maintain emergency vehicles, medical equipment and pharmaceutical inventory in a state of constant operational readiness.
Qualification：Active State or National Registry Paramedic (NREMT-P) certification.
Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
Associate degree in Emergency Medical Services.
Strong communication, crisis management and decision-making skills under high-pressure situations.
