JOB SUMMARY
Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in marketing coordination, events management, or market research(internship or agency experience acceptable).Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple eventsand research projects simultaneously.Basic understanding of B2B technology marketing, Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics365, Azure), or enterprise software is a plus.Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and marketing/event management tools (Zoom,GoToWebinar, Eventbrite, etc.).Strong research and analytical skills; able to synthesize data into clear insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and aspart of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner Engagement & Co-MarketingCoordinate co-marketing initiatives with Microsoft, including joint success stories, campaigns, andfunding applications.Serve as a point of contact for partner programs and initiatives to maximize benefits from MicrosoftPartner status.Support collaboration with other technology partners and internal teams for joint marketingactivities.2. Events Planning & ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and execute webinars, workshops, and virtual events (e.g., “What’s New in F&O2024”).Manage logistics and participation for conferences, trade shows, and industry events.Track event metrics, gather feedback, and provide post-event insights for continuousimprovement.Work with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure events align with business goals and generatequality leads.3. Market Research & InsightsConduct market research to identify key industry trends, adoption patterns, and competitiveintelligence (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle partners).Build and maintain lists of target companies and key contacts for Sales outreach.Provide actionable insights to refine marketing messages, campaigns, and sales territories.Prepare reports, dashboards, or briefing notes summarizing research findings
