JOB SUMMARY

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll & Operations Coordinator to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure our payroll cycles run like clockwork while providing vital administrative support to our Finance and Operations departments. Working Conditions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Modality: On-site position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Payroll (Primary Focus): Process recurring payroll cycles accurately and strictly on time. Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, status changes, and terminations. Support payroll audits, generate reports, and maintain thorough documentation. Troubleshoot basic payroll issues and proactively escalate complex items to the right stakeholders. Ensure 100% data accuracy across all integrated payroll systems. Administrative & Operational Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Finance and Ops teams. Manage documentation, internal scheduling, and cross-team coordination. Step in to support cross-functional needs during peak workload periods. Continuously help organize and update payroll and operational workflows. Requirements & Skills Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role. Systems: Hands-on experience with payroll platforms such as PrismHCM, ADP, or Paylocity. Language: High proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required for daily communication. HR Knowledge: Basic experience with HR administrative tasks or onboarding support is a strong plus. Technical Discipline: Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following processes.
