We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO by ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities and executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar and schedule
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and key engagements
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations
- Act as liaison between CEO and internal and external stakeholders
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure execution of priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, email systems)
