About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Phone Repair Technician to join our service center in Eldoret. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mobile technology and skilled in diagnosing and fixing device issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

·        Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phone faults (hardware & basic software issues)

·        Replace faulty components and ensure high-quality repairs

·        Update repair logs and manage spare parts requests using internal systems

·        Maintain turnaround time and service quality standards

·        Support overall service center operations

Requirements

·        Minimum Diploma in Electronics or a related field

·        Additional certified training in phone repair is an added advantage

·        Prior experience in phone repair or a technical support role is preferred

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
