Photographer and Editor

We seek a highly motivated and talented individual to join our photography team Photographer and Editor to work for us full time at our leading photography studio. You will work closely with our lead photographer in this role to capture and edit stunning images. If you have a passion for photography, proficiency in Photoshop, and experience with photography equipment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Photo Editing:

•  Proficiently edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.

•  Enhance image quality, correct color, exposure, and composition as needed.

•  Maintain a consistent style and quality across all edited images.

2. Photographer

•  Assist the lead photographer during photo shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment is set up and functioning correctly.

•  Handle lighting, props, and backdrops to create the ideal shooting environment.

•  Capture high-quality images according to the creative vision and direction provided. 

3. Equipment Maintenance:

•  Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.

•  Report any equipment issues or repair needs promptly.

4. File Management:

•  Organize and manage digital files, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of images.

5. Collaboration:

•  Collaborate effectively with the photography team to meet project deadlines and creative goals.

•  Communicate clearly and professionally with clients as needed.

 

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience with photography equipment and techniques.

•  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent photo editing software.

•  Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and aesthetics.

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•  Creative mindset with a passion for photography.

•  Previous experience in photography or image editing is a plus.
