- Candidates should possess strong Planning & Scheduling skills, including the ability to develop, update, and optimize project timelines.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Planning capabilities to assess project performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Control skills to support cost, time, and resource management across multiple project phases.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), understanding of construction methodologies, and knowledge of contract and risk management are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of work experience, and having worked in 2 wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate in multicultural teams, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and integrity is essential.
