JOB SUMMARY
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or CommerceCPA (K) or equivalent qualification; ICPAK membership is an added advantageExperienceMinimum 10 years’ experience, including 5 years in plant controlling or cost accounting within a manufacturing environmentAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointHands-on experience with SAP FICO, COPA, and Monthly SAP System Cost run (mandatory)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and guide Assistant Plant Controllers to ensure efficient monthly cost reportingMaintain accurate product costing in SAP FICO (BOMs, routings, standard costing, and inventory valuation)Coordinate month-end and year-end closing, including inventory counts, WIP valuation, and variance analysisMonitor and control manufacturing costs (raw materials, labor, energy, overheads, and production efficiency)Track plant operating expenses against budget and provide variance analysis with corrective actionsOversee inventory control and stock movements to ensure accuracy and complianceMonitor CAPEX projects, tracking costs and budget utilizationPartner with production, procurement, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives for reporting accuracy and operational performanceSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesCoach and develop the plant finance team members
