Plant Operator/Driver
Ref: DSC/ZB/12/156/01/2013, Salary scale U7,
Age limit: 25-45 years, Vacancy 3(three),
Reports to: District Engineer
Duty and Responsibility:
•Drive vehicle for official duty and assignment
•Carrying out basic maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle
•Reporting major technical mechanical faults to the supervising officer
•Maintaining basic records regarding the vehicle as instructed
•Ensuring the safety of the vehicle while on duty Person’s specification:
•Uganda certificate in Education(UCE) with a pass in English
•Valid driving permit of class C or D

•Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the under mentioned vacancies with District Local Government and the urban councils. •Applicants should attach three sets of photocopies of their certificates and Testimonials and three recent certified passport size photographs Those already in Government service should route their application through Heads of Department who should be informed of the closing date to avoid unnecessary delays.
