We are seeking seasoned telecom sales engineers passionate about presenting cutting-edge solutions to customers. In this role, you will interview customers to extract their fundamental technical needs, develop insights into their implementation strategies, and architect integrations aligned with our platform. Instead of simply relaying customer wish lists to Professional Services, you will gain deep comprehension of customer challenges and determine which solutions best serve their objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
- Leading customer demonstrations that showcase the user interface and full capabilities of Totogi's platform
- Engaging with customer subject matter experts to uncover pain points, technical specifications, and validation criteria
- Creating Solution Scopes for Professional Services that align customer requirements with Totogi's product offerings
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Performing direct sales activities with customers
- Producing standardized Solution Scopes that ignore the unique requirements of individual customers
- Conducting sales team training sessions or handling administrative responsibilities
Presales Manager Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by creating tailored solution scopes that demonstrate how Totogi products address specific customer requirements
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a technical presales capacity selling business support systems (particularly online charging systems) to telecommunications organizations
- Comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications industry monetization and business support sectors
- Capability to develop code that interfaces with GraphQL APIs

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
