Procurement & Quality Control Specialist

📍 Remote | 🌍 Work with a Global Travel Brand

We’re looking for a Procurement & Quality Control Specialist to join the Luxe Tribes team. This role is critical to how we deliver consistent, high-quality travel experiences across all destinations.

• Support the sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of vendors including accommodations, transport providers, DMCs, guides, and experience partners
• Assist with vendor negotiations, pricing reviews, and inclusion checks to ensure strong value and quality alignment
• Ensure all vendors and itineraries meet Luxe Tribes’ quality, safety, and service benchmarks prior to launch
• Monitor vendor performance across trips using traveler feedback, incident tracking, and internal reviews
• Flag quality risks, service gaps, or recurring vendor issues and support remediation or escalation processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (Group Trips, Hosted Trips, Private Trips, Sales) to ensure vendor alignment and approved scope
• Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, approvals, and performance history within internal systems
• Support quality checks before departure and during trip execution when issues arise
• Collect and analyze post-trip feedback and share insights to improve vendor selection and future experiences
