- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in a ready-mix concrete company
- Experience with concrete testing, quality assurance, and relevant standards
- Ability to prepare and manage concrete mix designs
- Strong understanding of ready-mix concrete production and quality-control processes
- Ability to lead, supervise, and manage a team
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production and delivery schedules
