JOB SUMMARY

Royal Mabati Factory is looking for a proactive and organized individual to coordinate, schedule, and monitor production operations, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement to support the company's production goalsKey Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering,Manufacturing Technology or related field.Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in production coordination, operations, or related manufacturing roles.To apply, send your CV and Cover Letter to the Email provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and maintain production schedules and timelines for all manufacturing orders.Liaise with maintenance, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth production operations.Supervise and support production staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.Allocate production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, in alignment with production demands.Monitor production output to ensure compliance with product specifications and company quality standardsCollaborate with quality assurance to inspect materials, manage rejects, and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies in the production area.Maintain production records, inventory logs, and reports accurately.
