Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Management Intern to assist our project management team. This role provides hands-on experience in construction project management, where you will learn the essential aspects of planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects.

Job Description
Project Support:
- Assist the project management team in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Help track project progress, timelines, and resource allocation.
Site Coordination:
- Participate in on-site inspections to monitor project quality, progress, and safety.
- Support daily construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Report any on-site issues to the project manager and help in resolving them.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Prepare updates for stakeholders and help keep accurate records for project meetings.
Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
- Help monitor quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met.
- Learn and follow safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- Support efforts to ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support communication between clients, team members, and external partners.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering
- Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply
