Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, client-focused and execution-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of projects across client hospitals. Each facility onboarded will be managed as a project, requiring close coordination, field presence, stakeholder management and consistent follow-through to ensure successful implementation and client outcomes.
The role combines project delivery, field operations, team coordination, budgeting and continuous improvement within a growing health-tech environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Biomedical Engineers, the Automation Engineer and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively, while providing the structure, support and accountability required to keep teams performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Delivery
• Take ownership of projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities.
• Manage each client hospital as an individual project, coordinating activities from trial/onboarding through successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, gaps and dependencies, and drive timely corrective action.
• Ensure project documentation, deliverables and closure requirements are completed accurately and on time.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Maintain regular on-site presence at client hospitals, particularly during trial and other critical project stages.
• Coordinate with hospital stakeholders to understand requirements, address implementation challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Build effective working relationships with hospital management, biomedical engineers, doctors, nurses, procurement coordinators and other relevant teams.
• Ensure client concerns, operational gaps and emerging requirements are captured and appropriately addressed.
• Represent the company professionally on-site and ensure every client facility receives consistent attention and follow-through.
3. Team Coordination & Performance Support
• Conduct regular check-ins with Biomedical Engineers and project team members to monitor workload, progress, challenges and support needs.
• Coordinate team priorities, schedules and field activities to ensure effective time and resource utilization.
• Influence and coordinate team members effectively across functions, even without direct reporting authority
• Provide relevant observations and input into team members' performance reviews based on project delivery, collaboration and execution.
4. Budget, Documentation & Project Controls
• Develop, monitor and maintain project budgets, ensuring expenditure is aligned with approved project requirements.
• Track project costs, resource utilisation and other key operational inputs and escalate variances appropriately.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, budgets, action trackers, risks, issues, reports and closure records.
• Ensure project information is consistently captured and updated to provide clear visibility of project status.
• Work with the Automation Engineer to support the development and continuous improvement of the company's Power Apps project management tool.
5. Cross-functional Coordination & Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate closely with Biomedical Engineering, Automation, Sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish clear ownership, timelines and dependencies across teams and follow through on agreed actions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes, tools, templates and SOPs as the company scales.
• Use project and field insights to support improvements in service delivery, client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, biomedical engineering, healthcare operations, biomedical engineering or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, budget management and closure.
• Proven experience working within a healthcare, MedTech, or other technically complex environment. A Biomedical Engineering background and experience working with healthcare technology is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders with the flexibility to undertake regular field assignments and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong capability in project documentation, budgeting, reporting, risk tracking and operational systems, with experience using digital project management, workflow or automation tools considered an advantage.
