This role is the operational backbone of the company—every team either starts here or collaborates closely with this function.You will serve as the bridge between clients, fulfillment teams, and internal stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the client relationship from post-sale onboarding through full project delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between:ClientsMarketing & fulfillment teamsInternal leadershipLead and manage onboarding, expectations, project timelines, workflows, and deliverables.Use tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, CRM systems, and project management platforms to organize and monitor all activity.Track progress, identify risks early, escalate when necessary, and maintain alignment across all stakeholders.Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the engagement.Provide clear, proactive, and structured communication to keep momentum high.Partner with cross-functional teams to solve issues proactively and remove roadblocks.Optional (Fulfillment Add-On) – for candidates with stronger execution skills:Support hands-on fulfillment tasks when needed.Oversee quality control and ensure deliverables meet expectations.Assist in process optimization across accounts to improve efficiency and consistency.
