JOB SUMMARY
Required Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of project management or related experienceGreat educational background, preferably bachelor’s degree in the relevant or related fields of studyExperience seeing projects through the full life cycle with proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineProven working experience as a project administrator in the contact centre & technology sectorExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProven ability to solve problems creativelyExcellent analytical skillsStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine and develop a project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop & manage a detailed project plan to track progressPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Ensure resource availability and allocationCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage contract execution with clients by ensuring that the contractual obligation is met and communicating expected deliverables with all the stakeholdersUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and adjust as neededMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to identify areas for improvementReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation
