Duties:
Property Caretaker Will Manage A Gated Community Property In Kitengela By Providing Both Technical And Administrative Support To Ensure The Property Is Well Maintained, Secure, And Efficiently Managed By Performing The Following Responsibilities: -
● Ensure The Welfare Of Tenants/Residents Is Well Taken Care Of.
● Carry Out Routine Repairs And Maintenance Works.
● Oversee Landscaping And General Cleanliness Of The Property.
● Monitor And Maintain Building Systems (Water, Electrical, Etc.).
● Coordinate Service Providers And Contractors When Necessary.
● Maintain Basic Records And Support Administrative Tasks.
● Looking For New Tenants And Maintaining Them.
