Reports to: Property Manager / Senior Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure they are well-maintained and functioning effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work, and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in rent collection, lease administration, and ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance activities, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support leasing and tenant retention efforts by ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Prepare reports on property performance and escalate any significant issues to senior management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties or units.
