DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Property & Facility Management
· Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance and administration of assigned properties.
· Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs, maintenance and service providers.
· Ensure properties are well maintained, secure, compliant and operating to the required standards.
Tenant & Client Relations
· Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling queries, complaints, requests and tenancy-related matters.
· Manage tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals and related documentation.
· Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants, landlords, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Financial & Service Charge Management
· Prepare and monitor property budgets, operating expenses and service charge accounts.
· Monitor rental payments, follow up on outstanding balances and ensure accurate financial records.
· Review property-related expenses and identify opportunities for effective cost management.
Landlord Reporting
· Prepare accurate and timely monthly or quarterly property management reports for landlords.
· Provide regular updates on occupancy, rental income, arrears, maintenance, service charges and property performance.
· Identify operational or financial issues and provide landlords with practical recommendations and solutions.
Leasing, Sales & Business Development
· Market vacant properties, conduct viewings and follow up with prospective tenants and clients.
· Support lease negotiations, renewals and the successful conversion of prospective tenants.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for new property management mandates, leasing business and other revenue-generating opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure properties are managed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, leases and management agreements.
· Monitor lease expiry dates, compliance requirements, insurance, licenses and other critical property obligations.
· Identify property-related risks and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or a related field.
· 4–5 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate, facilities management or a related environment.
· Proven experience in client and tenant relations.
· Experience managing budgets, service charges, property expenses and financial reporting.
· Experience preparing landlord/property management reports.
· Demonstrated experience in business development, leasing and/or sales within the real estate sector.
· Strong understanding of property management operations and tenant/landlord relationships.
