Role Purpose
To oversee the daily operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance of assigned properties to ensure efficient management, compliance, and high tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property operations and supervise site staff

Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper maintenance of properties

Manage tenant onboarding, lease administration, and dispute resolution

Monitor rent collection and follow up on arrears

Verify invoices, approve operational expenses, and track costs

Coordinate maintenance works and supervise contractors
-
Conduct inspections and enforce safety and property standards

Prepare periodic occupancy and property performance reports
Qualifications & Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field
-
4–5 years’ experience in residential or commercial property management
-
Strong tenant and lease management knowledge
-
Basic financial oversight and reporting skills

Experience supervising caretakers, security, or service providers
-
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
