Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience managing residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring efficient property management, tenant satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and preservation of the property’s value.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations of the estate and ensuring it is well maintained at all times
● Manage tenant relations, including onboarding, communication, handling complaints, and dispute resolution
● Collect rent, service charge, and utilities payments; follow up on arrears and prepare monthly collection reports
● Prepare and manage the property’s operational budget and track expenses
● Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, etc.)
● Conduct routine inspections of common areas and residential units to ensure standards are met
● Ensure compliance with lease agreements, estate rules, and relevant property regulations
● Maintain accurate records including leases, payment schedules, incident reports, and contractor agreements
● Liaise with owners, tenants, and service providers, providing regular operational updates
● Enforce estate policies professionally and consistently
Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
● Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
● Strong understanding of residential property operations and tenant management
● Basic financial management and reporting skills
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
● Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems is an added advantage
