Property Scout

Key Responsibilities

1. Source residential properties for rent and sale within your assigned area.
2. Conduct physical property inspections to verify location, amenities, security, utilities, and overall condition.
3. Capture high-quality photographs and professional video walkthroughs.
4. Upload accurate property information onto the HouseHunt Kenya platform.
5. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, caretakers, agents, and property developers.
6. Assist prospective clients during property viewings when required.
7. Identify new developments and off-market property opportunities.
8. Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
9. Represent HouseHunt Kenya professionally within your local area.

Requirements

• Strong photography and smartphone videography skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Good knowledge of your local neighbourhoods and property market.
• Reliable smartphone with a high-quality camera.
• Ability to travel within your assigned area.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
