JOB SUMMARY
Skills and Qualifications:A recent graduate of Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or someone with a strong portfolio and interest in UI/UX or QA).A background in a relevant field of study such as Design, HCI, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.0–1 year of relevant experience (internship level).Experience or familiarity with technology, SaaS, digital products, UX/UI design, or software QA.Proficiency with a design or prototyping tool such as Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or Sketch.A basic understanding of a design system or component library and how design translates into development.Familiarity with ClickUp or another collaboration platform.Familiarity with usability testing or bug-tracking workflows (nice to have).Strong communication and collaboration skills.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Openness to feedback and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design support:Assist in the development and refinement of FarmCloud’s UI components and assetsParticipate in design brainstorming & review sessions gathering feedback and documenting improvements needed.Contribute to maintaining a consistent design systemSupport conducting user experience evaluations and compiling insights from stakeholder and user feedbackQA SupportCollaborate with the QA consultant to execute test cases against acceptance criteria and log test results.Assist in conducting manual testing of new features and UI updates to ensure functional accuracy.Support the QA consultant in identifying and reporting bugs and usability issues.Help ensure QA documentation is up to date and well structured.
