Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record leading QA/test management for digital banking, fintech, or large-scale financial-services platforms.
- Experience with concurrent/continuous testing models — testing alongside active development, not gated behind a code-freeze milestone.
- Demonstrated ability to own both hands-on execution and cross-team quality oversight simultaneously.
- Experience managing vendor/contractor relationships for specialist technical roles.
Required Skills & ToolsTest management, banking/fintech domain knowledge, stakeholder communication, defect-tracking tooling administration (e.g. Jira), release governance.What Success Looks Like SIT signs off on schedule with zero open Critical/High defects; UAT completes with clean business sign-off; every downstream phase has current, accurate visibility into SIT's findings.
