Job descriptions & requirements
- Loan Documentation & KYC Verification: Ensure that all loan files contain complete and valid Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before disbursement.
- Credit Policy Compliance: Perform pre- and post-close audits of loan files to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements.
- Call/Interaction Monitoring: Evaluate interactions (phone calls, emails) between debt collection/customer service agents and clients to ensure adherence to standards and quality service.
- System & Data Integrity Testing: Validate that the core lending software correctly computes loan amounts, interest, fees, and data transfers.
- Risk Management & Fraud Detection: Identify high-risk or potentially fraudulent loan applications and report operational lapses.
- Reporting & Coaching: Prepare detailed reports on QA findings and provide actionable feedback/coaching to agents to improve performance and reduce rework.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, credit, or loan operations within banking or fintech.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of debt collection practices, retail credit processes, and KYC requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze performance data and KPIs.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with loan management systems and SQL for data validation is often required.
