Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Adhesives Quality Controler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field and experience in the production and testing of adhesives. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, operating and maintaining equipment,

*Responsibilities:*
* Operate and maintain instruments such as viscometers, pH meters, tensile testing machines, and oven-type equipment to test and analyze adhesive products
* Develop and implement testing protocols for new and existing products
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to adhesive quality and performance
* Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes and improve product quality
* Maintain accurate records of production and testing data
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
*Requirements:*
* Relevant degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in adhesives production or a related industry
* Proficient in operating instruments such as viscometers, pH meters, tensile testing machines, and oven-type equipment
* Experience with testing and application of adhesives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience with quality control and assurance processes
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO, ASTM)
* Experience with production planning and scheduling
