Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
● 2–3 years’ professional experience, preferably with a consultancy firm
● Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant professional body
● Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
● Proficiency in QS software and MS Excel
Key Roles & Responsibilities
● Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
● Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
● Manage project costs from inception to completion
● Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and cost reports
● Advise the company on cost control and financial aspects of projects
● Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
