We are looking to recruit a university Degree/diploma holder in Quantity surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field .With proven experience in Quantity surveying within Civil Engineering projects, Facade and Decoration works. Proficient in relevant software like AutoCAD, Strong negotiation skills and communication skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quantity surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be Preparing cost estimates ,BOQs and Tender documents .Conducting site measurements and valuations. Monitoring projects costs and preparing progress reports. Evaluating variations and claims. Liaising with consultants, contractors and suppliers. Ensuring projects are completed within approved financial and quality standards.
