1. Rent collection
2. In charge of repairs in all the buildings
3. Maintain and update listing of all available properties
4. Display and market available properties for let and for sale
5. Follow up on electricity and water bill payments by the tenants
6. Ensure all contracts are up to date and tenants concerns are fully attended to.
7. Develop networks with lawyers and auctioneers
8. Any other assignments that align with the company’s goals and vision
