  7. Perform scenario analysis to predict potential outcomes of investment decisions.
  8. Perform property valuations using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  9. Assess the value and potential return on investment for various real estate assets.
  10. Prepare detailed investment reports, including comparative analysis and financial statement analysis.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on market trends, investment performance, and potential opportunities.
  12. Utilize data management tools to streamline analysis and reporting processes.


Qualifications


  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
  2. Proven (5+ years) of experience in Real Estate Investment or a similar role.
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
  4. Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence.
  5. Ability to utilize data management tools to streamline analysis and reporting processes.
  6. In-depth knowledge of local, regional, and emerging real estate markets
