REALTY SPECIALIST

Summary
You will serve as a REALTY SPECIALIST in the BRAC Program Management Office of BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE PMO.
Duties
You will demonstrate experience in managing and disposing of real property, including conducting compliance inspections and preparing disposal documentation.You will have the ability to independently interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies related to property management and disposal.You will have a proven ability to manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring conformance with project and customer requirementsYou will have experience in intergovernmental coordination and representing an organization to a wide range of stakeholders, including local, state, and federal agencies.You will have technical expertise in real estate and disposal projects, with the ability to provide high-quality documentation.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Overseeing assignment of work made to team members, monitors technical progress, and completion of established milestones; 2) Interpreting laws, regulations and policies to effect good business decisions and successful project execution; 3) Developing and maintaining project criteria, schedules and budgets in conformance with project and customer requirements; and 4) Reviewing work by team members to ensure that Congressional, environmental, and administrative constraints on project scope and cost are not exceeded or violated.
