About Us:
We are a new and innovative furniture company in Kenya, dedicated to providing high-quality and stylish furniture to our customers. We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
● Visitor Reception:
○ Welcome, register, and guide company visitors.
○ Manage the company’s telephone switchboard and direct calls appropriately.
○ Handle the reception and allocation of after-sales service inquiries.
● Mail and Package Handling:
○ Send and receive letters and packages.
● Office Management:
○ Manage monitors, broadcasting systems, and office supplies.
○ Assist in maintaining day-to-day office safety, including fire protection, electricity, and theft prevention.
● Additional Tasks:
○ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
● Proficient in using daily office software and computers.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
