Job Offer: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Hybrid (Remote + On-site as needed)
Modality: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CDT)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team (organizing interviews, preparing materials, sending communications).
- Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service.
