Job Title: Talent Sourcer / Recruiter (Urgent Hire)

About the Role

We are urgently hiring a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment sourcing platforms. This role is focused on active headhunting, candidate outreach, and supporting the recruitment team by delivering strong, qualified pipelines across multiple roles and industries.

This position is ideal for someone with a headhunter mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through outreach and follow-ups.
  • Conduct initial recruitment screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and candidate fit.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in an ATS.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
  • Support hiring efforts for high-volume and specialized roles.
  • Track and report sourcing activity and candidate engagement metrics.
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience working as a Sourcer or Recruiter, handling outbound candidate outreach.
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume or niche roles.
  • Headhunter personality: proactive, persistent, and results-driven.
  • Sales or outbound experience is a strong plus.
