Kingdom Precast Solutions Ltd., a leading manufacturer of innovative precast concrete solutions, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven professionals to join our growing team as Regional Technical Sales Leads.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial sectors.
● Promote and sell the company's precast concrete products and solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, engineers, and government agencies.
● Conduct site visits, project assessments, and interpret construction drawings.
● Provide basic technical support and recommend appropriate precast solutions for clients projects.
● Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and tender submissions.
● Deliver technical presentations and provide product recommendations to clients.
● Manage sales pipelines, follow up leads, and achieve regional sales targets.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
● Prepare regular sales and market intelligence reports.
Qualifications & Experience
● Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales, business development, construction materials, precast concrete products, or related industries.
● Strong understanding of construction practices, reinforced concrete and precast systems, BOQs, and building materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), Revit or other BIM software (desirable) and Microsoft Office applications.
● A valid Kenyan driving license will be an added advantage.
