Company Description

Me & Eva MFO is leading the initiative to establish East Africa’s first modern Multi-Family Office, dedicated to coordinating wealth, family, and legacy for high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and founders. By eliminating the complications of multiple advisors, our disciplined framework streamlines services such as wealth strategy, portfolio oversight, insurance architecture, real estate management, estate planning, and family governance. With a presence in Kenya and East Africa, we provide structured, compliant strategies aligned with generational goals. Our mission is to protect wealth, simplify complexity, and ensure values are preserved for generations.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The primary responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, providing tailored advice and solutions in wealth and family governance, and engaging with regional and global professional partners to support clients' needs. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating between multiple service areas like tax, investment, and estate planning, as well as ensuring clients receive a seamless and customized experience. The Relationship Manager will also proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and efficiently address challenges.


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships aligned with client goals.
  • Experience in financial planning, wealth strategy management, and real estate portfolio oversight is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in family governance, succession planning, tax and estate planning, and risk management strategies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidentiality and sensitivities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and global partners.
  • Familiarity with the East Africa region is an advantage, as is experience working with high-net-worth families and businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications in wealth management or family governance are a plus.
