Relationship Officer - Kagio

Job Overview:

• Participate in the development of marketing strategies for new and existing products.
• Participate in ALL monthly Marketing Activities.
• Ensuring clients are properly advised on various services and products to facilitate the approval of loans and reduce bad debts.
• Building relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure client retention and establish long-term trustworthy relations. (“People buy from People they Trust”).
• Ensure ALL loan applications meet quality standards i.e. ascertain that all requirements are met for every loan application before forwarding for approval.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly, plans and reports as required.
• Ensuring loan disbursement and collection targets are met; attain approval on new loans.
• Monitoring client accounts and planning for the collection of arrears and repayments that are due.
• Overseeing office equipment maintenance and repair.
• Conduct all client engagements in a manner that ensures compliance with local laws, current microfinance regulations, and internal procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in a Business-Related Course.

2. Experience of at least 1 year working in Microfinance.

3. Experience in Debt Collection.

4. Must be tech-savvy.

5. Excellent customer service skills

6. Excellent presentation skills

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Excellent organizational skills
